I did a quick search and didn't see a thread on this, which is surprising.
I was at a borders store that's closing and they had 40% off magazines and I saw Retro Gamer, big and beautiful, with Secret of Mana on the cover.
This is a UK published mag focusing on, well retro games. It kind of reminds me of the old GameFan, because the actual quality of the mag is so high.
All around a must have for retrodorks.
I'll post more when I read it but I wanted to give those who live near a closing borders, because this is an expensive mag, $10 retail, and getting 40% off helps.

Pretty cool idea. Lord knows I still live for some of the golden titles of an era gone by.

I came across their website awhile back and really wanted a subscription, but a 13 issue sub is about $130 = \ I could stand picking up a single $10 issue everyonce in a while though. Didn't even think to check for it at Borders.

Yeah. It's ridiculously expensive. Looking at their subscription rates it's expensive even in the UK, so it's not just the cost of mailing to the USA.
If something comparable were to be published here and for a decent price i'd be on board.
