I'm feeling lazy tonight. The worst game I played was SaGa Frontier, but I actually liked it, so my vote's going to Valkyrie Profile, which I didn't like at all.

This probably stands as an example for how the transition to 3D can run previous greats. The staff behind that made the first two Ys games and formed the core of Quintet prior!

This thread reminds me of why I left the Gamespot forums

I know a few stinker RPG games

Unlimited Saga is a broken game beyond any hope.They created the crappiest combat system,lamest script,and most lazy art design ever.

Gamecritics said it all

"Graphics aside, battling with the Unlimited Saga system is clunky and completely unintuitive. The battle engine features an insane potluck of disparate elements, almost as if Square-Enix took all of the purged leftovers from ten or fifteen other games and smashed the scraps together to create the unholy videogame sausage that it is."

Two Worlds was also horrendous.Apart from having 7 frames per second,lack of stability,laughable voiceovers, and broken combat system it had the arrogance to charge $60 on the release day.

Fatal Labyrinth is the most disastrous and horrendous Sega Genesis game of all time.It is the apex of repetitive grinding.If Fatal Labyrinth was a human,it would be an abortion
