Got Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds.
= It starts the way you hope it will. :)
= It's kinda nice knowing how to navigate old-school Hyrule because I've technically done so several times during the past 20 years.
= NOSTALGIA GOGGLES ON and I'M CRYING HAPPINESS ON THE INSIDE.
= The graphics are cute, but they look like Fischer Price kids toys
= I like Yuga's first appearance. Her/his humming was a good touch, and in the grand scheme of creative dialogue boxes (like Fi and Demise did in Skyward, and the Twilight Princes 'Spirits of Light' also had): It's like a weird mix of black, jpg'd, TV static... I dunno, I love those kinds of details.
= Hyrule: The land where little has changed in centuries since AlttP, the townsfolk are obnoxious, where royal paintings look like pastel drawings.
= Ravio is cool. But he's got me on thinking there's more to him then meets the eye. Something about masked Zelda characters always have that effect on me. Kafei in MM, Zant in TP, and to a lesser extent, the Goron's trying to cover themselves up with oversized hats in WW.
= Fuck that fucking creepy ass Fortune Teller tune.
= Save points are great and a nice touch
= Goddammit Nintendo... I'LL STOP PLAYING WHEN I WANT TO STOP. THANK YOU.
