More than the one in Dragon Quest VIII?
Never played. So yes!
DLC I'd buy: Alternate outfits of other Ghibli characters.... D:

I'd totally play Ni No Kuni if there were DLC to turn all the characters into the Tanuki from Pom Poko. I want this for immature reasons.
Also, "Pom Poko balls" is the second Google auto-fill in when you search for the movies title.

The world map in Dragon Quest VIII is gorgeous. Flying around and exploring was one of the best parts about that game.

I could wander around the world maps in Dragon Quest VIII and Skies of Arcadia FOREVER. If Ni no Kuni is anything like those, well, I'm all about it. Just one more week!

I'm in the same bote. A vibrant world with dat music, especially on dat bote, and there are things you can do and look out for like finding treasure chests or tamable monsters.

Finished walking dead.... I'm curious to see how things could end up differently but I sort of hate playing games that have branching paths over again. Same deal w/ Mass Effect. I had my journey and made my calls and I'm happy w/ them. Maybe I'll just look up the possibilities.
Believe the hype in this game though, it's one of a kind and really memorable. The end delivers.
A quick summary of what happened with my decisions:
Quote
I saved Duck instead of the guy at the farm.
I saved Carley and she was killed by LIlly. I backed Lilly about the stolen goods and she stole the RV. I killed the guy at the dairy farm w/ a pitchfork. I tried to save lilly's dad. I shot duck. I didn't take the supplies from the car. I saved ben at the bell tower. I killed the kidnapper. That's all I can remember right quick

A nice area to get ambushed every 10 feet.
I'll eat my crow, I remembered it poorly. I looked it up and it was pretty damn good for PS2. I think I just let my frustration of random encounters cloud my memory.

Wasn't an HD version of SoA gonna be announced or something??
Ni no Kuni was pretty fun. The battle system ranges nicely from challenging to nice and easy after a few level ups (if I didn't know better, really weak/underlevelled enemies leave you alone). I'm happy so far. :D

Up to Novac in New Vegas. Can we, as a society, kidnap Obsidian and get them to remake Morrowind?

I know this isn't the biggest ring of western games around... but please check out Halo 4. From a technical standpoint it's along the lines of what a FPS should be. The AI is pretty damn good, and the weapons are fun.
But this game honestly looks like a next gen game playing on my ancient xbox. It's fucking beautiful and the sound is right up there w/ the best of Battlefield and Mass Effect.
Also... Cortana...DAMN!

Got the throwing knives in La Mulana. Chain whip is too much of a pain in the ass to get so I'm gonna skip it. Oh, also got the grapple gloves. Anyway, no where to really go in the inferno at this point. I get a lot of hints telling me to go to the /back/ areas, except I need more MSX roms before I can do that (the manual indicates which ones those are -- I don't have them). Eternal corridor is a no-go. So I have one other place I can really explore, and it's weird. Otherwise, I have two bosses I could take on. If I can find a lantern, though, I do get a few more options. Same if I can find some more seals.
There's also an unopened chest in the giant's mausoleum but I think it's just a map and map's aren't useful.

Today I found Sengoku Basara HD collection, Biohazard Chronicles HD collection and the Walking Dead - in English.
I'm pretty happy.
Also saw a shop that had a bundle of TEN Super Robot Taisen PS2 games and a PS2. I know someone on the forums is a fan of these games but can't remember who. Was thinking of whoever it was when I saw it though!

I agree about Halo 4. It's technically a huge step up from 3 or Reach. The story is great too. That being said , I' m playing nothing but Far cry 3 and Borderlands 2. Also awesome games.
