Played through 400 Days last night. Damn, that was short. Kind of felt like a demo for the next game/season. I didn't much like how action-oriented it was. I prefer the slower paced areas. I hate having to make snap decisions about major things! Stresses me out, and I totally pick the wrong thing.
In the end 4 of the people went to the camp. Not sure what will happen with the last one.

I'll start up The Last of Us tonight. Can't wait.

Nothing like endless end times games.

Finished Corpse Party: Book of Shadows

I enjoyed the gameplay in the first one and while BoS changed it, I still found it fun to play. Where the first had an RPG Maker feel to it, this had more of a Visual Novel style.
Code:
One thing I wanted from the game was to see certain characters who had been cursed to eternal damnation improve their situation. Poor Seiko can't seem to catch a break. Man though, Dat epilogue.

Been playing Pokemon White since I never got very far when I bought it two years ago. Anyway, I have three badges and am Nimbasa City, ready to get my 4th. My team is totally NOT prepared for an elec gym, but I'm not crazy about any of the ground types you can catch before hand, so I'm going to grit my teeth and bear it.

Also, I can already tell Elesa will be my favorite gym leader.

I did it! In Tales of Graces F I made it to the Fendel Glacier, which is significant because that is how far I made it last time before I was distracted by who-knows-what. Mind you, I still have some catching up to do in terms of requests and soul orbs, but everything I do after this point will feel a lot more like genuine progress.

I added you.  Just so you are aware, Star is smurfing it up for a reason haha..

Ah sorry about that.  I forget about the timezones sometimes.  I was on at 930 last night but that's still like 3:30 your time so I didn't think you would be awake.

Yeah, I remember playing with my friends who were new and level 5 and I used my level 30.
That means there was somebody in the other team that would wreck the living shit of all my friends while I was busy wrecking the living shit out of all their low levels.
Fun stuff.

Hehe, I wanted to avoid that scenario, hence the smurf.

Can anyone vouch on the difficulty of harder settings in Last of Us?  I played it on Easy (available gaming time usually factors largely into that, but also because with school and such I don't need a headache that's a pain in the butt to play), but I'm curious on the harder difficulties.

If you heard to, the game sold 3.8 million worldwide.... "a disappointment" by SquareEnix standards (HAH).

I was showing off to a friend.... the hell?  For a single father in the construction business and "had Sarah when he was young", Joel's house is DECKED OUT.  Spacious too.

Metal Gear Rising: Jetstream Sam DLC. I really like Sam as a character but found it a bit odd he joined Desperado... the DLC kind of explains it. You can see he changed in the main game. Less idealistic.

..unfortunately I had to *really* abuse his charge attack, and he's heavier/slightly slower than Raiden. Doesn't have AR vision either. I always wished Raiden could double-jump though. Blade Wolf DLC next!

I played The Last of Us on normal and kind of wish I went harder.  There were maybe a couple tricky spots, but for the most part it was pretty straightforward.  And by the end of the game I was decked out in gear...I know it's supposed to feel like some desperate struggle for survival and that's somewhat diminished when you always have 3 medkits on you plus the materials to make 3 more...and a full compliment of weapons, of course.

I heard of people playing without using the "detective" mode. Do you think that's a viable way to play the game?
