Number Two's eyes narrowed and became what are known in the Shouting and Killing People trade as cold slits, the idea presumable being to give your opponent the impression that you have lost your glasses or are having difficulty keeping awake. Why this is frightening is an, as yet, unresolved problem.

I know, that is true but after what's happened, i'm sure the last thing they want to feel is any kind of Earthquake, if it would be a 5.5 or a 2.5 or whatever.

There were literally hundreds of aftershocks from the big quake, with a number of them much bigger than 5.5.  Just trying to put things in perspective.

Japan is apparently dumping over 10,000 tons of radioactive water into the Pacific Ocean. There a lot of alarmist, knee jerk reactions to this, but I'm unsure what to make of it.

It's low radiation water nowhere near deadly levels. Wouldn't it dilute in the ocean and pretty much be as nasty as the everyday sun exposure?
