well CC if i recall had a strange way of disc swapping. you dont save before the swap .
Neither does Metal Gear Solid, but when the time comes the disc swap is enabled like if you are using a virtual drive clone like on a PC. It doesnt need to be reset so you can just keep playing after you pick the next disc.

Wait, if Metal Gear Solid and Chrono Cross have the same disc swapping mechanic, what's the problem? Metal Gear Solid is on the PSN.

What's so strange about not saving before a disc swap. You could take the disc out of the PS and play without it until the need to load something came along. I used that quite a bit to find hidden sound tracks in other games with Soul Blades (Soul Edge) music player.

i've been away from RPGs for a little bit...couple months actually. Any new word about some PS1 RPGs coming to PSN? Especially looking for Chrono Cross, Chrono Trigger, Thousand Arms, Suikoden II and a few others. Anyone hear about any coming soon PS1 rpgs? Thanks.
Chrono Trigger has been rated in ESRB for the PS3/PSP.

You would think Intelligent Qube, a first party game from Sony would have already been on the PSN, especially since it was released in 1997 and the majority of the games on there are from around that era. Plus, its probably my favorite puzzle game. Yes, I think Intelligent Qube is a much better game than Tetris.

I'm just glad that I own both the PS1 game and the soundtrack but where is Breath of Fire III and IV? Someone stole my copy of III and I never got to play IV.

I'm not completely sure, but I remember hearing that Breath of Fire III has copyright issues or something.

*Sigh*, I get so sick and tired of copyright issues with everything. What's next? If people own the original games at home, they have to trash them because of copyright issues? That's how I feel about it anyways....

I'm not sure what it is, but Breath of Fire IV does not have the same issues, from what I heard.
