The history of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is now so complicated that every time I tell it I contradict myself, and whenever I do get it right I'm misquoted. So the publication of this omnibus edition seemed like a good opportunity to set the record straight--or at least firmly crooked.

I must be the only one on the board who didn't like RE4.

We banned the last one that didn't.

Looks like they will also be available on PSN and XBL so you wont have to buy both if you're only interested in one of them.
Capcom also confirmed that Separate Ways will be included in RE4.

As someone who has played (the shit out of) Resident Evil 4 on GameCube, this is excellent news.

Indeed, like I said on the previous page, it's awesome.

The screens released by Capcom look pretty bad. I`ve played through RE4 on Dolphin(GC and Wii emulator) to the end several times and it looked way better than that. It`s pretty obvious they decided to go the easy way and use PS2 assets for the HD port. The atrocious PC version was like this too(fan-made texture packs and filters improved it somewhat, but still couldn`t make up for the inferior lighting and geometry).

Yeah. As much as I want to play this version of the game, the fact that they are using the PS2 version is a little underwhelming. I've never liked that version of the game very much. But... I don't know, it depends in the trailers and information that we get in the next few weeks/months that will decide my purchase or not.

I can always just go out I buy the Wii version anyway (I'll have to buy a Wii first though, heh).

Well that blows but I'm still going to play it.

I don't have a gamecube, I'm not getting a wii, and my PC is not gaming capable.

That leaves my ps2 and 360, might as well play the one in 720

Luckily I'm only a minor one.

My problem with RE4 is after the village section, it just isn't scary. I love the village, but I just lose interest afterwards.

I remember seeing a part later in the game briefly. Some big creature that located you based on sound.

Those kinds of bosses always scare me, and the way it looked was freaky to me
