Oh happy day! I've been waiting for this movie for a long time. I'm a huge fan of Cloverfield so i've got my fingers crossed that this one will be just as good. I didn't think it would be out until later in the year.

Meh.  I have faith in J.J., but I can see why Spielberg jumped on this... thus far it looks like a modern-day E.T.  I'll need reviews, I like sci-fi just fine, but not this particular genre of it.

OK, I really regret waiting so long to see this. Holy shit it's awesome. Wow. Abrams is a fucking genius! That was some suberp acting from the kids, specially the girl.

Edit: When I saw the girl she reminded me of Dakota Fanning and lo and behold, she's her sister. God damn there's some serious fucking talent in that family!
