I'd almost get excited for this if this ever showed any signs of leaving Japan. But it would motivate me to pick up a PS3 if it did.

I loved OG1. Never finished it because all my characters ran out of SP in every battle at the end of the game, so I could never beat the bosses with 100K HP. But yeah, SRT + PS3 + good reviews = import.

Energy Drain. Resupply with Energy Drain missiles will sap any bosses' EN thus preventing them from using highly damaging attacks or their primary damage reduction abilities.

For OG2, you seriously need SP Regen on everybody. Everybody. The Wild Faulker F with Leona in the cockpit helps.

One of the comments claims this is an anime, not a game. I didn't investigate because I don't have a PS3 or XBox, but it might be worth looking into to see if it's valid.

the person who wrote that comment is mistaken. at the end of the last episode of the OG2 anime they annouced the anime for dvd and blue-ray THEN they showed a teaser for a new SRW game. the producer himself has even said this. they also said more info would be give at the end of april.
