Damn it... ;______; I just saw episode 22 and damn if Nanako's death STILL makes me cry. It might be more effective in the anime since Yu has a personality now. When he said, "You promised! You'd said we'd make a snowman! We'd play a lot!" it was pretty heartbreaking. |

Got the DVDs and have to admit its disappointing.
Teddie,Chie and even Naoto don't have the original voice actors
The English voicework is also poorly done.At least the game had emotion in the VAs but the anime sounds terrible.What's worse is that I had to get the DVDs for both subs and dubs since the Blu-Ray has only English voiceovers.
No extras on the DVDs or any Persona swag included.Truly awful.

That's very disappointing to hear. Might wait until it goes on sale then. Personally, I find Sentai does a terrible job of dubbing compared to the other Anime companies. (except maybe Aniplex does a worse job, but I've only watched two of their releases dubbed).

I echo Laz the VA is really ruining this for me... It doesn't have the heart of the games at all. Which is sad cause I wanted to use this to introduce my boyfriend to the SMT games.

Chie's VA was a random voice actress that they won't ever be able to use again.
It's the same thing with P4 Arena (and maybe P4 Golden?)
