This is great news.  I wanna know what they are gonna focus on.  Will we finally get to see the Jinchuu arc "properly" animated?  Will we get to see exactly what happened between Kenshin getting his cross-shaped scar and him meeting Kaoru?

Actually, it would be a pleasant surprise if they came up with something entirely new.  I'm just glad it got the green light and I hope everything goes well.

Apparently even the English versions are blu-ray imports.  While that means the video quality is probably superb, definitely not paying $65 for 4 episodes.  Limited supplies or not, that's way too much.

That sucks!  The Kyoto Arc doesn't need to be remade, especially since it was well executed the first time around.  It's common knowledge that everybody wants to see the Jinchuu Arc, so why not supply the demand of the fans?

If they wanted to make a remake, they should do it about what happens after the kyoto arc in the manga, and I'm not talking about that poor job of the OVA's that that it didn't even contain half of the story, but full thing. But I guess that would be asking for too much, or they might just continue after they finish this remake. God only knows.
