I made friends with a guy named Peter a few years ago at a game convention, and he had kept me on the loop on this. He's working w/ Reverge, though I'm not sure of the exact position he has. But I'm pretty sure he helped broker the deal between Reverge and Michiru Yamane. He told me he had been in touch with Yamane to work on an indie game like ... idk, 5 months ago? And now it's finally out. I love this sort of thing.
More Japanese composers on indie releases = win.
