I can't be the only one excited for this 3DS/ PSP dungeon crawler, can I? The story seems fairly original, there's like ten girls to hit on, the dungeons are alive, and there's a badass golem prince.
What isn't there to love about his game?

The stupid name?
I like it. I'll probably never be able to refer to it in real life, but that already happens with Shin Megami Tensei.

See, I drop the full Shin Megami Tensei name, or shortened to "SMT" or "MegaTen" like it's my business, in everyday conversation. Of course, when it's tacked on as a pre-title in the US version but it was never there in the first place in Japan, it's just silly. See: Shin Megami Tensei Persona 3 FES as an example. :)
UnchainBlade ReXX is, truly, a stupid name. But I do want to play this game. I also want to play that other game with a weird name, "Black Rock Shooter."
(I went to a Christian summer camp called "Black Rock," so it sounds like we're going to have a shooting incident at what I consider hallowed ground. Nonetheless, the game looks cool.)

Stupid name argument is over in 3... 2... 1...
So, who else is excited by the idea of the charisma stat and its uses?

Been reading and hoping for word of a release here in the states but I haven't seen anything, anyone else heard anything? I really need to learn Japanese, lol. Had a friend in college who tutored Japanese, I really should have taken advantage of knowing him!

it wasn't an argument until you declared it one. More a discussion. -1, -2, -3... :)
CHR is so worthless in so many RPGs, I am psyched to see its unique uses in Rexx. Again, I have high hopes for it.

The only one I can think of is Oblivion, and I never liked how statistics factored into things in that game.
Hopefully Charisma is used better than Personality.

Individual sphere grids? Sounds really interesting.
This game is really shaping up to be something.

10 girls to hit on?
I wish most RPGs would have elements like that, it makes me feel like it lets me get to know characters well.
I especially love games that make relationships with people affect battle in some way to make it feel closely connected.

I remember wishing for a "girls perspective" and to have guys to hit on... then I remember how few Japanese anime guys really look stupid half of the time. If they aren't pretentious looking, than they're cheesy looking.

I'm looking forward to this just because I love dungeon crawlers. I know nothing about it so far, and I plan to keep it that way until I actually play it.

If it means anything, it looks like a much more lighthearted Strange Journey with more interesting and experimental mechanics. Yes, I just gave you information on it; I'm evil like that.
