There's an avatar pack bundle for $2.99 on PSN. If you are in mood to throw a little money in 10 jpeg files of Shadows of the Damned now is the time to do it.

Only 98 copies of the full soundtrack left. Including shipping, it comes to $45 even. Game bombed, so buy this, and the avatar pack.

I bought the game new - I would've bought the soundtrack until I saw it was about as much for shipping as it is for the soundtrack.

My soundtrack came today... very nice packaging, and it came in a think pink plastic bag with the Grasshopper logo on it and "Let's punk" repeated all over it.
Aaaaaaaaand, it had
Akira Yamaoka's signature
, even though I was order number 900. Yamaoka decided that everyone who orders the soundtrack should get an autograph, and they're gonna press 500 more copies!

Sad stuff.
When asked if there was anything he'd go back and change in the game, Suda expressed regret at the lack of online play.
"I had lots of ideas for online," he insisted. "If I could do it over again I would definitely include online features.
That was not what the game needed.
It's sadder that that is his big regret.

Let's be fair here, he may've actually had some decent ideas there. Hell, a lot of the stigma with online being added to games is because they come off as just marking off another thing on a checklist of what a game is "missing", like in Bioshock 2 or Dead Space 2 (and I fear Mass Effect 3), rather than an interesting and novel idea such as Demon's Souls or Dark Souls. Admittedly I think it'd have been even better had the game stayed true to one of its earlier visions, and while stuff like that usually changes for a reason it sounds like the reason this time is "Americans like to shoot things."
