My feeling is that Xillia isn't coming out until 2013. Didn't they say the game has a lot more dialogue compared to other Tales games? Besides I'm too impatient to wait that long so I'm importing it.

My feelings to a T, but for everyone's sake I do hope it is late 2012.

It probably depends on the resources they have on hand. They're not Xseed here, so I can see them being able to push out a text heavy translation quicker unless it was simply considered too low priority.
