Here, as in America and Canada? Yep, JRPG's are dead. Japan is more interested in this newly discovered continent called Europe. Now we get all the shiny stuff.

Guess who's getting Tales of the Abyss in November? Hint: not you :P

Given the current-gen hot streak of Agarest Wars and Cross Edge like titles.... meh.

That's a very strange type of reasoning.

We could possibly get it sooner than that if we're lucky, or even same as you.
You're gloating about it too early.
I think you've milked all of us that would care anyways.

Sorry if I sound ignorant in asking this..... if it is in fact common knowledge it yet eludes me...... if there any way to play European games on american ps3's (legally)??? I read awhile back that if your using an HD television there should be no problems as the display specs (or something of that nature....) are the same....

Also, if it at all makes a difference, the PS3 I am using is a launch model with the PS2 backward compatability (primarily) but I also have a second one that is a bit newer lacking that backward compatability....

I really want to play these European titles..... oh so badly......

The Ps3 is region free. I have the European version of the Prince of Persia trilogy and it works fine on an American tv.

Like Zendervai said the PS3 is region free, you can import without worrying about a thing.
Here some of the cheapest sites in Euroland:

The PlayStation 3 is region-free, but only if you're playing PlayStation 3 games. American PlayStation 2 games won't work on an European PlayStation 3 of vice versa.
