So I take it the fight can be long, huh? Wonder if he drops new weapons? Also, I think I'll be grinding a bit more now. Definitely could use more power on my monster allies. Odin rocks and all, but he swings like a frozen turd...dead slow.

Odd, speaking Omega was the way bigger threat, and both came from FFV.

...and that's a lot of HP... I probably shouldn't have bought his DLC so hastily....

Spencer from Siliconera, who has been leaking the XIII-2 DLC since release (he correctly leaked all of them - sans maybe Pupu, which I don't believe he mentioned), says that the Lightning story DLC isn't the last.  I wouldn't say they're done yet.

I'm just not digging it. I'm usually one to love mixing of styles, but Koto and 80s orchestral hits just don't go well together.

Honestly, I just really hate orchestral hits used like this. They're tolerable (I've used them on occasion) as incidental punctuation ONCE IN A WHILE, but they were NEVER designed to play melody on. It just makes the song sound like a kid playing with a cheap Casio keyboard.

Especially since I'm so intimately familiar with The Black Mages version, which is really good.

I think the Black Mages version is kinda boring and rote, honestly. The Samurai mix is just so different, I love it.

The next final bonus boss will have over a billion HP. Fortunately the DLC after that will unlock a form of Super Crystarium that will make said boss not take over 5 minutes (re: several weeks) to beat. Additionally only Lightning will get this while Serah will only get continuous additions of meaningless Crystarium nodules that she'll repeatedly believe is the real Super Crystarium.
