Oh. I thought it was because certain features of a dog's anatomy would cause them to pee upwards, except it doesn't actually address that.

This game's been in an obscene hiatus-like thing for seven years or more that they wanted to expand upon its world a lot. Well, Tail Concerto was supposedly the first game they ever made, so I admire their devotion to add a lot of extremely creepy info about its universe.
