I really do think this has the possibility of being good if everything out of battle plays like a 2D FF and battles play like Patapon. As to the story... I know Dissidia's is bad so I won't expect much.

SE: Oh yeah, those Chrono or Threads of Fate (or insert any dropped SE product here) sequels would be total wastes of money, glad we spend all those funds and development teams developing facebook games and crap like this. Brilliant!
*sigh* ...just let the industry crash already. Maybe then people with half an ounce of balls will take over during the reboot and produce something that isn't another franchise milker.

So, what's next? Final Fantasy Kart? Final Fantasy Golf? Super Smash Final Fantasy?

Chocobo Racing, they have to make a more multiplayer friendly sport first, Dissidia.

Why is there even a thread for this in the RPG section? I thought it was a rhythm game.

It's a rhythm RPG like Patapon, but it's assumed to be worse.

I have to be honest, I've been kinda letting it slide because it's Final Fantasy-themed. I even expect them to throw in some RPG elements due to being an FF spin-off, much like Dissidia!

I'm not going to judge the gameplay without trying it but the characters look retarded.
Really?

I think they can get away with it since the 3DS is still new. I look forward to this actually. Like the previewer said, "any reason to turn my 3DS on."
It sounds fun to me.

I use my 3DS for DS games nowadays. It's probably why my backlog is shrinking at an incredible pace: I want to put those 250 euros to good use. Playing stupid 3DS for the sake of playing 3DS is just, well, stupid.
