Stay at his side, inbetween his legs. His bubbles and volcano power thing won't hit you from there. When he turns round to face you, don't move at all. If you move his claws will hit you. Now that he his facing you, you can attack him 6 times (Which is two knock backs), rinse repeat.

I spent....an entire day doing that boss. Personally, I found him the hardest in the game.

Off and on, I am approaching day battle status myself.

I love you

He's a married man.

Now the question is, is it a good game? It sounded to me kind of like a more RPG-y Zelda game. Am I about right?

Zelda in that the dungeons have their own personality, but that's it.  The NPCs say new stuff when you beat a dungeon.  You can equip stuff in a strategic manner, so that's RPG-y.

I'd say you're right, but Zelda games are much higher in scope than this... this is one town, one map... c'mon, it's indie bro... I got tiger blood

Then I'll definitely check this game out. I love Zelda and I need to get into indie stuff. I'M ONTO IT!

If you followed me on Twitter you would see a long list of swear words following the word "crab". You may need to buy more health drinks and better equipment. Which may mean replaying previous stages to grind for money.

I played 2 minutes of the demo before I was forced away from my computer, but it controls fine so far. The camera may become an issue later on though.

The camera is all right... I set it up like Demon's Souls where I click the right analog stick to lock on, then I can switch targets with the right stick.  The camera isn't analog, which is a minor setback, but it swings around pretty fast.

Beat that crab first try today, I thought I was gonna have a heart attack.  6 HP, I had about given up.  But when he bubble attacked from right in front of a lava pit, I dashed in there and knocked him in, and his HP had one hit left when he got back up, and I pooped in my pants.

I even got the hidden treasure by accident.

Great game, story is getting fuuuuuucked up too.

I don't own a gamepad. I'm going to guess it sucks without one?

If you've got a wired Xbox 360 controller it'll work in Windows natively.

Here ya go broa http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Dual-Action-Game-Pad/dp/B0000ALFCI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1312239508&sr=8-1

That's what I use.  The d-pad went wonky back in the FFXI days, but the sticks and face buttons are good.  The shoulder button 1's are good, the 2's... sometimes they fail to click.  It's old, but hey, the sticks are awesome still.

Buy!
