Are there any games that have a bulletin board type of deal which contains sidequests that you can perform? Some examples are FF12, Atelier Iris, Mana Khemia, Resonance of Fate, Dragon Age: Origins (kinda), Borderlands, Witcher, Witcher 2,  etc... Thanks.
