I'm guessing Gladiator in Space, since early rumors are pointing to a Replicant mutiny.


I really think they got lucky w/ the original. Some of the scenes in that movie are just downright ridiculous. For instance how Pris and the other female get retired.

Considering Dick authorized another author to write sequels to his novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sleep, the idea of Hollywood making se/pre-quels to Bladerunner doesn't seem like a big deal to me, especially with Scott the director. Yeah, I'm still hesitant about ruining something that was perfectly good as is by trying to add more, but that's the way it goes. However If they do a good job everyone will be happy and more people will want to see Bladerunner. (I've met quite a large number of people who still haven't seen any of the various edits!)

So what is the considered definitive version of the movie? I saw some version of it awhile back and wasn't all that impressed. I wanted to try again, but with the version that most agree is the best.

I prefer the director's cut. The "final cut" didn't jive w/ me for some reason.

The theatrical release is a joke. That's the one w/ the bad narration. Is that the one you've seen?
