I somehow missed this thread.
Hey Fadedsun, whats your japanese like? For the SS, Both SMT Devil Summoner and Soul hackers are amazing games, Slayers Royale and Slayers royale 2 are a worthy mention and if you like these, then dragon master silk is worth it. There is a saturn version of Vandal hearts which plays out really well. Lunar silver star and Lunar 2 are great rpg's. mmmmmmmmm. Ogre Battle? difficult, even with some japanese knowledge. Tactics Ogre is playable though, if yu can find it. Terra Phantastica is one of the 1st SS rpg's, shows it's age but play quite well
English/Japanese games that are playable and recomended, there's allot that I recomend :) I use the action replay 4 in 1 which plays titles that need a ram cart. Except King of fighters 95 which has game data on the cart. This looks like a list of games I know, it's really a recomendation list
Exhumed/Powerslave Is an excellent and reasonably common Egyptian based FPS
Duke 3d and Quake are excellent ports
Baku Baku animal is an addictive puzzle game
BioHazard, yes I like this port runs smooth though looks a bit rough
Bomberman Wars, a more tactical version of BM, fun stuff
Bubble Symphony, It's bubble bobble on steroids
Bulk Slash, An exzcellent 3d mech shooter, If you can get your hands on this, you won't regret it
Virtual On, Imho, the best version of this game
Street fighter Zero 3, this is arcade quality with ane excellent challenge mode
The king of fighters 95, 96 and 97, Best port's from the neo geo imho
Samurai Showdown 4 Amakusas revenge, this is just beautiful, simple
Fighters megamix, somones mentiod this right?
Cho Aniki, it's a gay shooter, seriously
Cotton Boomerang/Cotton 2, beauthiful side scrollers
Thunderforce V, this is worth youtubing, it shows off the saturn and is awesome as a shmup
Dayotona Circuit edition/Sega Rally
Deep fear, original survival horror, both eng and jap versions are playable
Digital Pinball Last Gladiator/Necronomicom, man these are fun
DRAGON FORCE, yes it's in capitals
Dynamite Deka/Die hard Arcade, get a friend and play the crap out of this
Enemy Zero, if you can find it, not sure how to explain this one, kind of scary??
Gungriffon/Gungriffon 2, Highly addictive mech action
Hexen, plays out great and smooth
Magic Knight Ray Earth, 2d rpg where you get involved in the story, Great stuff imho
Marvel VS Streetfighter, All 2d fighters are excellent on the SS,
Pocket fighter, another perfect conversion by capcom
Shadows of the tusk, Japanese srpg, great game and playable imho
Shutokou Battle 97/Drift king, SS version of tokyo Battle? fine game this one
The horde, everyone knows this game, Horrible cheesy fmv, fun strategy game
I'm stopping here, I sound like a sega sales men
Buy all the shooters except for Super dimension Fortress :)

You're missing Shining the Holy Ark, that's the only other game I can think of that's well worth getting.
There's Shining Wisdom too (and the US gets the better Working Designs version as opposed to the messy translation from Sega Europe) which is fairly decent Zelda clone, though I wouldn't bother getting it unless you have a turbo controller, since the control scheme without one is pretty terrible. Legend of Oasis (Story of Thor 2 in Europe) is fairly good too, and shouldn't be very expensive.
I forgot to add Shining the Holy Ark, so yes I own that game too :)

I payed $460 for three games.
You know that's crazy right?
Yes, I pounded my head into the wall right after I clicked "Buy It Now", the button was so shiny and the games were in mint condition, I couldn't resist. I think i'm addicted to eBay :(
We need to send you to Intervention :)

Hey Fadedsun, whats your japanese like?
I know how to read hiragana and katakana, but I don't know any kanji yet.
Thanks for the recommendations, however I recently ended up selling my Saturn to a member of this board. I was already feeling overwhelmed by my current backlog and having a new system didn't help that feeling so I decided to get rid of it. I would
love
to play Soul Hackers one day, though, because I love anything SMT related.

I've only had my Sega Saturn since March and there is no way that I could part with it :( I'm in love with my Sega CDX, to be able to play Sega CD and Genesis games on one console makes me happy :)
