What the Readers Want
September 9, 2001

Welcome to the premiere edition of RPGFan Illustrated, RPGFan's very own web comic. See, I came up with the idea quite a few months ago, but I couldn't find an artist capable/free enough to do it. Then, this summer, I tried to pull the idea together again. After getting the go-ahead from big boss man Rudo, I went on a search to find a great comic artist. At first we were considering a reader by the name of Nallo, whose version of the first strip was the impetus to really get this thing going. He proved that there was talent out there willing to create a great new web comic.

As the days went by, I found that an old friend whom I had lost touch with for a long while, was interested in doing a web comic. That friend was Grey-san, and the result is what you see above you, RPGFan Illustrated's first episode: What the Readers Want (and am I right here folks?)

Anyway, as this is the premiere edition, I should probably say something groundbreaking and fit for the ages… well nuts to you! This was a labor of love, and now it's been realized. We expect the strip to be updated bi-weekly, depending on Grey-san's schedule, so look forward to another episode Wednesday. Until then, enjoy!
