My Fan Art-sense is tingling!
May 8th, 2002

I saw Spider-Man on the 3rd with two of my friends (Psyduck and Groundhog), and I must say that I was shocked that it was such a good movie. Nice acting, cool music, Bruce Campbell appearance, spiffy little talkings of random Spidey comic characters, etc.
**WARNING: SPOILERS TO THE SPIDER-MAN MOVIE STARTING... NOW**
One thing I disliked though, was the organic web-shooters. I nearly cried at the sight of them. Since my two friends had no prior knowledge of Spider-Man, it didn't bother them all that much. But I guarantee I looked like an idiot walking out of that theater explaining in great detail how Peter just had the knowledge on how to make the web fluid and the shooters and making hand motions of how the web fluid is sprayed, not to mention screaming about how Bruce Campbell is the coolest man alive and that I want to marry him. Randy Savage was in it too, which I thought was kinda neat, being a former wrestling fan (what was I thinking?). Snap into a Slim-Jim, ooooh yeah.

**SPOILERS OVER, RESUME NORMAL MODE**

We have some really nice fan art for you guys this update, which is good. Very good. So good in fact, we're thinking about a fan art contest of sorts where you win uber prizes. Excited yet? We already have a few ideas in mind, but if you guys have an idea, feel free to submit via the Campbell banner (which can also be used to submit fan art! Whoa!):
