Housekeeping
11/05/06

I'd like to apologize to Rinoa for a mistake I made in the previous update. I mistakenly information for the 'Yunalesca' piece for her 'Yuna' piece. It is now correctly labeled and the real 'Yunalesca' is on today's update.

I made a few behind-the-scenes updates on October 25th, the Artist Registy was fully updated and the Game Archive now includes all submissions made in 2005. The Artist Registry will now include current submissions, while the Game Archive will lag slightly.

That pretty much covers everything for now, I've got to get back to doing homework and studying for exams. Six more months....

Comments: I tried to capture the charm of the original drawings and the look of the character. I loved the game, so I'm glad I could do fanart for it.
Sora & Kairi
Artist: Kim-Tram
Homepage
Game Inspiration: Kingdom Hearts II
Medium: Pencils, colored pencils, and Photoshop.
Comments: I used to not like this couple very much until I saw the touching ending in the first Kingdom Hearts. Now it's one of my favorite pairings!
Yunalesca
Artist: Rinoa
Homepage
Game Inspiration: Final Fantasy X
Medium: 2B pencil
Comments: A bit of a kooky one, just wanted to try drawing this character so I could get all creative with the hair, hehe. I also wanted to try showing her power and frailty at the same time. I like this picture but I'm not sure how well I've done the actual body structure!
Paine
Artist: Rinoa
Homepage
Game Inspiration: Final Fantasy X-2
Medium: 2B pencil
Comments: One of my favourite drawings, I wanted to do Paine in a different costume from her usual outfit because the usual one reminded me too much of just a female Squall. Apart from her arm in the background which is definitely not quite right, I really like how the shading and structure worked out in this pic.
