The Clarion Call
October 29, 2003

It's too early in the morning for small talk, so let's get down to it.

Today's update is short but sweet. These fics may not be long, but they are very well-written. First up is Quistis Chick's "The Scientist", a Final Fantasy X fic. Let me warn you up front: if you haven't beaten the game yet, then stay away from this fic.

Keeping with the same theme, there is "One Thousand Words" by Millia Rage. This fic is about...stuff. I haven't played Final Fantasy X-2 yet, so there isn't a whole lot I can say about this one except that the writing is quite good.

Within the next few updates, I hope to provide you fine people with something that, to the best of my knowledge, has never been attempted before in the history of fanficdom. You will be simultaneously disgusted, horrified, and impressed. You will hate it, yet you will be oddly fascinated with it. Keep your eyes open for it.
