Today, The Ancient Ys Library posted a responce from Falcom regarding the Ys Petition we have here on RPG Fan. Here is the Email:

"Thank you for your E-mail.
We are much surprised at many petitons for conversion of Ys series into English. We are honored that many people love Ys, and it will be a great encouragement to us.
Well, in regard to the conversion. We are afraid that Falcom is very small company, so, I hope you will forgive me for that we can't promise the conversion of ys into English soon. It's a pity for us that we answer like this.
Of course, it isn't that there isn't any possibilities of the conversion. This is the situation that we also can't judge it depending on how the future situation develops.
Anyhow, we will aiming for better products. Please cheer Falcom in future."
