Friday's News Tidbits

First up tonight, Westwood has released a demo of the action RPG, Nox. A game which has been often compared with Blizzard's Diablo but really isn't all that much like it. This demo lets you play as a conjuror. Basically a high level magic user who specializes in creating beasts to aid him in combat.

The demo can be played online with up to 16 users over LAN, or Westwood's internet gaming service, Westwood Online.

Also for those who have been wondering what is going on with Baldur's Gate II, IGNPC has posted up a lengthy interview with Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn's producer, Ben Smedstad.

After taking the time to read it I must say that Shadows of Amn is looking very promising. You can check out the interview by clicking the link on the right.
