Origin Loses Its Crown

While first thought to be a premature April Fools joke, Origin's David Swofford has confirmed that Richard Garriott has indeed left Origin to persue other interests.

Along with Richard's departure, Origin has eliminated 20 positions in an effort to restructure the company.This, however, will not affect Ultima Online 2 nor Ultima Online Live, which are currently under development.
