Chibi Grandia

Hudson has announced that Grandia will be shown for Game Boy Color at Nintendo's Spaceworld. Titled Grandia: Parallel Trippers, so far there is no word on either the story or design of the game. More developments should appear at Spaceworld however.

Although Sentimental Graffiti 2 has just been released, NEC Interchannel has already announced the newest installment in the series. Sentimental Prelude, with no release date as of yet, is a prequel to the original Sentimental Graffiti.

Dragon Quest VII's original soundtrack is due for a September 6th release in Japan. Priced at 3800 yen, the first 50,000 copies will have a special picture CD label and mini stickers. The actual music on the CD is music used in the game and composed by the London Philharmonic, with 48 tracks in all.

Victor Interactive's newest Dreamcast RPG, Doguu War, should hit Japanese stores on August 10th. Based around an elemental stone battle system, characters equip and combine their stones to attain special powers. The story is set in the future and is about the relationship between two people, Dante and Zenom.

Interested in owning a piece of Square? If you live in Japan or invest in foreign stock, you can, starting tomorrow. Square will be making part of their company publicy available on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. No word yet on number of shares and target opening price. In case you were wondering, several other companies are publicly traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including Nintendo, Enix, Koei, and Konami.
