Phantasy Star Online Media

Let's get right down to business, shall we?

First off, there are two movies available for download. The first one is the Opening Movie (17.6 Megs, 2:27 Run Time, MPEG Format), featuring several paragraphs of text, introducing the world that Phantasy Star Online takes place in, and some CG footage. From this introduction, it is apparent that this game takes place after Phantasy Star II.

The second movie is some footage of the character I created, Parn the Hunter, battling in the forests of Ragol (13.1 Megs, 1:49 Run Time, MPEG Format). You'll probably find it amusing, watching some of the monsters knock me senseless, and vice versa. Also, it confirms that Phantasy Star Online is an Action/RPG, heavy emphasis on the action.

After you finish with those two videos, you should check out some of the music. The Sonic Team was kind enough to put a sound test in the options menu in Phantasy Star Online, making it easy for me to record 6 songs for you that you can listen to by clicking here to access the real audio page.
