In an very unsurprising move, Namco has confirmed that Xenosaga will be delayed until "February 2002." As the original launch target was set as "Fall 2001," a delay was rather expected given the lack of an actual release date. While no particular reason was sited for the delay, it is assumed that MonolithSoft felt they needed the extra time to ensure that Xenosaga lives up to its ever-growing expectations.Confirmation of a stateside release has not yet been announced.
