Enix America has announced that Dragon Warrior VII for the Sony PlayStation has shipped to US retailers today. Known as Dragon Quest VII: Warriors of Eden in Japan, the game has sold more than 4 million copies in the Land of the Rising Sun since its August 26th 2000 release, making it the best selling video game ever to be released on the PS and overall third best selling title across all platforms. The game's development team once again stars game designer Yuji Horii, character designer Akira Toriyama and composer Koichi Sugiyama.
