New details have surfaced about the battle system of Square's upcoming online RPG Final Fantasy XI. The game will allow players to form parties consisting of up to six members. Furthermore, it will be possible for up to three parties to form an alliance and enter a battle. Hence, it will be possible for up to 18 characters to participate in one battle.As far as battle commands are concerned, attack, magic and ability will be at your disposal. Members of one alliance also have the option to chat with each other.
Last but not least, the world of Vana Dir will consist of different countries. In each, you will encounter different races and tribes, featuring their distinctive customs and traditions.
