Square President and CEO Hisashi Suzuki has announced he will hand over both positions to fellow board of directors member and COO Yoichi Wada and resign on December 1st.
After the resignation of former CEO Tomuyuki Takechi earlier this year, because of losses in the fiscal year 2000/2001, Suzuki became President and CEO, until a candidate for the vacant position was chosen.
