Rakugaki Oukoku Media
Rakugaki Oukoku, or Grafitti Kingdom, is a PS2 RPG developed by one of Taito's newly-created team, Studio Garakuta. Benefitting of very nice character art by Yoshiharu Satou (animation director of My Neighbor Totoro), the game will allow you to create your own monsters using a mini paint program, and the created monsters will be then 3D modeled and animated, as shown on these screen shots. We have some official artwork, too. Rakugaki Oukoku should release in February in Japan, and there's no plans or hopes or anything for a stateside release.
