SquareSoft and Digicube recently revealed the first bit of Final Fantasy XI merchandise, most likely with more to come. The first set, which consists of the first two items pictured below, contains a poster with of course, the FFXI logo and two Hume warriors, as well as a phone card with the profile of a female Hume on the front. The second is a keychain, the third item pictured below, with three key loops and two logos, one for PlayOnline, and one for Final Fantasy XI.
Both items are on sale now, but of course, only in Japan. The poster and phone card set retails for 1,800 yen, while the keychain sells for 1,500 yen.
Final Fantasy XI, Squaresoft's first online game, is set to release in Japan in April of this year, while the North American date is still slated for late 2002.
