Titus Converts Interplay Stocks

Titus Interactive has announced that the company has converted its last 383,354 Series A Preferred Interplay stocks into 47.5 million common stocks. The French company now holds 67.4 million stocks or a 72.4% stake in Interplay. Interplay is the parent company of Black Isle Studios, the developer of the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale MMORPGs for PC and console platforms.

As previously reported, Interplay just signed a new licensing deal regarding developing and publishing rights to Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale with Infogrames, another big French 3rd party publisher and developer.
