First announced at the PlayStation 2 meeting, Project Venus is an unofficial sequel to Namco's first PS2 RPG, Seven. The new game will inherit Seven's world and system, but feature a new story, which will start 100 years after Seven's events. Surprisingly, Seven's main character is set to make a glorious return. Furthermore, the rotation battle system will make a return, while summons will be newly included. While the game will incorporate online play, only online battles have been confirmed to make their way into the final product.Project Venus has yet to receive a release date.
