Nintendo has announced the release of both a GameCube modem and a broadband adaptor for $34.95 USD each sometime this fall. As previously announced, Sega's Phantasy Star Online Episode I and II will be the first online game to grace Nintendo's console. The GameCube version of Yuji Naka's popular online RPG will be shown in playble form at this year's E3 in Los Angeles, which is only 9 days away.Phantasy Star Online Episode I and II is expected to be released in Japan sometime in July, with a US release following on October 15th.
