First details about the sequel to Level 5's popular PlayStation 2 Action RPG Dark Cloud, named Dark Chronicle, have surfaced. The game takes place 100 years after the events of Dark Cloud and will feature two main characters, by the names of Uris and Monica. The game will inherit Dark Cloud's automatic creation of dungeons, the diorama system. The visuals will be shaded in a style similar to Klonoa 2's.Dark Chronicle is expected to be released in Japan sometime this fall.
