For those of you who have the urge to burn a few heretics, Interplay's latest PC RPG may be right up your isle. Lionheart, the latest from Black Isle studios and Reflexive Entertainment Inc., was officially announced yesterday at E3.
The game is set in an alternate universe where Richard the Lionhearted opened a magical gate and unleashed evil spirits upon the world. The game begins in 16th Century Spain, as the Spanish Armada prepares to attack England for openly practicing magic.
The game is currently headed for a Winter 2002 release. More information about Lionheart can be found on the official site, as well as the first press release pertaining to the game, and RPGFan will have exclusive media and information on Lionheart later in the day.
