New information has emerged on Sony's Arc The Lad: Seirei no Tasogare (Twilight of Spirits). Although it is the fourth installment in the series, Twilight of Spirits doesn't have any numeral in its title. The game takes place three years after the events of Arc the Lad III, it will, however, be a new story in the same world. First game entirely 3D in the series, Arc the Lad: Twilight of Spirits will supposedly have a different atmosphere form that of the previous games.The battle system will be very similar to Arc III's, although the various effects and actions should be significantly improved. In an effort to convey the characters' emotions better, the game will use facial motion and lipsynch during the event scenes on the 8 main characters.
Arc The Lad: Twilight of Spirits is reported to be 50% developed and is scheduled for next winter in Japan.
