New Info On Project Venus

When Namco first announced the sequel to its PlayStation 2 RPG Seven, the company only dubbed the game as Project Venus. Now the game has received a new, impressive title: Venus and Braves - Majo to Megami to Horobi no Yogen.

The three previously announced playable characters will be joined by Lily, who lives in the same city as the main character and joins the Golem bandits and Garef, a tall and trustworthy warrior, who also is a member of the bandits.

This time the rotation battle system will allow you to lead up to seven characters into one battle.

In cooperation with Weekly Famitsu, Namco will give 100 lucky applicants the chance to get the name of an original character created by them implemented in the game. Until August 18th applicants have to select one out of 17 different jobs and then give their character an original name (written in katakana), which will be then submitted to Namco.

Venus and Braves has yet to receive a release date and pricing.
