Koei has announced that a closed beta test for its PlayStation 2 online game Nobunaga's Ambition Online will start in late December. The 10,000 originally selected beta testers will take part in this beta testing phase. They will be able to test three worlds of the game, each of which can host up to 5,000 characters. While Koei also said a Windows version of the game was possible, its realization will depend on the success of the PS2 version.Nobunaga's Ambition Online will be released in Japan sometime in spring 2003.
