Namco has announced Yumeria, a new love adventure for PlayStation 2. The game puts the player in control of 16-year old Tomokazu Mikuri. One night he is having a strange dream. An enigmatic girl is battling a monster, when Tomokazu discovers a mysterious power within him, which allows him to repel the monster and save the girl. The next day the enigma from his dream appears right in front him and she introduces herself as Mone. Apart from Mone, Yumeria features three other heroines: 22-year old Nanase Senjou, and her younger sisters Kuba and Neneko.
The game is split up in an adventure and a battle part. The adventure focuses on Tomokazu's daily interactions with the game's heroines. The battle part unfolds at night, or to be more precise, in the girls' dreams.
Yumeria is set to be released in Japan sometime in spring 2003.
