Final Fantasy I & II Remakes Confirmed for US Release

Electronic Gaming Monthly magazine has reported in its newest issue that Squaresoft's Final Fantasy I and II remakes for the Playstation are confirmed for a North American release next spring. The two games will apparently be on one disc, though the package has yet to be given a title.

No price has been given for the games' US release yet, but don't expect it to be an high one, since PSX games aren't exactly expensive these days. The FF I and II remakes were released separately (as well as together in a limited edition package) in Japan in late October, with sales of the two totalling over 200,000 to date.
