Nintendo has announced a new GameCube RPG titled Giftpia. The game takes the player to Nanashi, Island of Gods and focuses on the interaction between the protagonist and the island's inhabitants. Due to getting up late, he misses the Adult Ceremony, which would have made him an adult. In order to participate in a second ceremony, he has to save up to 5 million Mane and cooperate with the island's inhabitants. Developed by Skip, Giftpia is set for an April 2003 release in Japan.
